Extended Stay America Suites- San Jose - Sunnyvale

I'm handicap but didn't want a ADA room. They had to do a little bit of something to help me get a downstairs room. Waited for less than 5 minutes and I was situated. I truly appreciated it . I don't understand why people are complaining about the breakfast provided. It simply states grab and go and that's exactly what they offer. Just like their pictures and descriptions shows/says. You people that complain about it are NOT fully reading about what's provided along with having to go to the front desk and ask for everything that you need in kitchen ware and hygiene wise. Some remind you when you check in or theirs a reminder inside the room with pictures. My gosh people. Give them a break.

CJ at the front desk is a company asset, you are lucky to have him. The service and staff were kind and courteous and the company should invest more in the property, these workers are doing a great job, they are all working hard but the corporate should remodel the hotel. The staff made sure that I was happy and ok when I had trouble in one room and had to switch. I am giving the staff five stars for their effort, I eventually had a good night sleep and felt welcome there. Thank you to CJ at the front desk and the night asian lady, she took care of my problems.

The environment was peaceful. The rooms surprisingly are larger than i thought they would be, that is nice! I am not from the area, so i didn't venture too far out. But i will say, my flight was early early in the day. I was in by 9am and they were able to get me a room. Friendly staff. Not a big coffee area but due to having a kitchen kitchen, i just ordered stuff for the week. I'd stay here again.

Me and my family really appreciate this Extended stay Hotel and everyone that works here, such great services they go above and beyond. Rooms very clean and spacious, wonderful location, quite and feels like home. Definitely 5 stars !!

We stayed down here for a 49er game vs the Chicago bears, and the service was immaculate, our original room had trouble with lights and toilet was clogged from the get go, but they managed to give us a new room within 5 mins of reporting it. Only downside to this hotel is the room quality, the room we got second hand had ants in the restroom and the towels were stained, other than that I recommend, the location is perfect for a 49er game at Levi stadium. Will definitely come back again.

Stayed here for 3+ months. Loved the comfort and privacy of having my own studio. Super close to the bus and light rail stops, so a great location. The staff were really nice and friendly, good cleanliness and always felt safe. Also, they came in to clean the room weekly, which was a nice add-on.

It's great, quiet, clean, peaceful just so far away from everything.

Since day one me and my family have been treated with Respect, class, and love. There are very genuine and kind people. We have been here for over a month and have not had one confrontation them. I have never seen a team so strong it's like family. Hands down the best customer service we have ever experienced at any hotel.we have stayed at nicer places with the worst customer service and attitudes. The experience here and the way we are treated is amazing. We are so thankful to be here. So thank you team Sunnyvale extended stay. Keep your doing what your doing.
